Across The Universe deep
this is one of my favorite serious shorts. it seems like a strange poetic dream about life, love,religion, fear, and death. for those who dont enjoy symbolism, i can see why this would put them to sleep, with its obvious surrealist inspiration.
"IF" well
though lacking any type of story, this video's mysterious quality and sad outcome makes it a defining "serious" short.

this video was very inspiring to me. i enjoyed the unspoken message about the crumbling standards of modern art. very short, but equally meaningful.
Who knows, who is what And what is so? Why we've come and when we'll go? Who is to say, what is right, who is wrong, and what is to be after we are gone?
